The Kidizoom Camera from VTech by far and away the number one choice for children's digital cameras. Since their launch these fantastic kids cameras have dominated a market that simply did not exist five years ago. Prior to the Kidizoom range parents had to put up with their kids playing with their expensive digital cameras at every opportunity with a very high risk of damage occurring! This article explores the popularity of the Kidizoom Camera range.
The Kidizoom Camera has been the first digital camera for many thousands of kids across the world, giving them the chance to enjoy taking their own photos just the same way as the grown ups do.
It is available in two colours, pink and blue, with a resilient outer skin designed to withstand the expected bumps, scrapes and occasional trip down the stairs! There are two tactile rubber grips that are simple for small hands to hold on to with a 1.8-inch LCD screen and is easily controlled using the large chunky buttons on the back. The specification is nothing to write home about, but that is not the primary consideration when evaluating this kids camera. It also has several fun photo editing and enhancing features built in together with 3 games for little ones to play when they are bored with taking pictures.
The Kidizoom Camera is well established at the top of the tree in the children's camera market and it is easy to see why. Whilst it would be easy to be disparaging about the specs and image quality but at the end of the day this is a camera aimed at younger children. It is great fun, easy to use without supervision and provides hours of fun and entertainment.
The Kidizoom Camera remains one of the most sought after kids gadgets and, with a choice of pink for girls and blue for boys, will definitely be near the top of the list for many children this Christmas.
